Ai yi yi! I feel terrible for not posting any updates in quite some time. Thankfully, I now have more time to work on sims related goodies. I decided to put the projects aside for now and have my first upload be something a little simpler. Here is my lovely creation, Grandesmo!
The reasoning behind the name Grandesmo is because this a mid-range large home built with that special bachelor in mind. It has big wide windows that bring light into the open living room and a colossal roof that is the centerpiece of this home. It also has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, but the bedroom can be split into two if needed to fit 1-3 sims comfortably. Some other features of the house are the built-in library, the window lined entrance foyer, the open floorplan, and the large spacious bedroom. I hope you enjoy it. Now for the Pic Spam!
